Because many of our products are created specifically for you after your order is placed, we take care to ensure every item meets our quality standards before it is shipped.

Order Processing

Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production and preparation before they are shipped.

Because many of our products are made after purchase, please allow this processing time before your order enters the shipping stage.

During busy periods, holidays, new releases, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, shipping provider, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and available shipping options.

From time to time, Agápē may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers. Any applicable promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Items in an Order

Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

This allows your items to be produced and shipped as efficiently as possible, meaning you may receive different parts of your order at different times.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want every order to arrive exactly as intended.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the item and packaging.

  • A description of the issue.

We will review the situation and work toward the best possible solution.
